Refund, Cancellation & late arrival policy

By booking a session at Ctrl & Snap, you agree to the following refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice)
Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Changes must be made independently through the booking confirmation email.
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is binding upon booking.
Changes Within 24–48 Hours Before the Session
If a client requests to reschedule within 24–48 hours of the scheduled session:
Rescheduling is permitted with a Late Rebooking Fee of $40
Cancellations are not permitted
Refunds are not available
Clients should reach out to Ctrl & Snap to reschedule with a Late Rebooking Fee
Same-Day Changes
If a client contacts us on the day of the scheduled session requesting a reschedule:
Rescheduling is permitted with a Same-Day Rebooking Fee of $90
Cancellations are not permitted
Refunds are not available
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend their session without prior notice:
The session is marked as a No Show
No refund is issued
Rescheduling is not permitted
Cancellation is not permitted
Late Arrival
If a client arrives late, the session time will not be extended
The session still ends at the originally scheduled time
Early Arrival / Wrong Date
If a client arrives on the wrong date or earlier than their scheduled booking:
We may offer an available time slot the same day, subject to availability (including a different backdrop)
If no suitable time is available, the client must return on the original booking date and time
Fees Summary
Late Rebooking Fee (24–48 hours notice): $40
Same-Day Rebooking Fee: $90
Important Notes
Administrators do not contact clients in the event of late arrival or no-shows
All fees must be paid before a rescheduled session is confirmed
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this policy
