All photos taken at Ctrl & Snap are private by default.

Clients who have paid for a session or received a session as a gift certificate retain 100% ownership and rights to their photos. Ctrl Snap does not claim ownership of client images.

Photos are stored and delivered using third-party platforms necessary for processing and delivery. While we take reasonable measures to protect your images, Ctrl & Snap is not responsible for data breaches, outages, or unauthorized access caused by third-party service providers beyond our control.

Authorized Ctrl & Snap staff may view photos solely for operational purposes such as processing, quality checks, and delivery.

We do not use client images for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without explicit consent.

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is binding upon booking.

Social Media Reposts

If a client publicly posts photos taken at Ctrl & Snap on their own social media and tags or mentions Ctrl & Snap, we may repost or share that content on our own social media channels. If you prefer your content not be reposted, please notify us in writing.

Influencer & Collaboration Content

For influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, or gifted sessions provided in exchange for exposure or content, Ctrl & Snap reserves the right to use photos and videos created during the session for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
